A FREE LIVE workshop for people who are tired
of waiting to feel ready
You're capable, self-aware, you've done the work. So why are you stuck? The reason isn't you - it's something nobody ever named. And naming it is the first thing that moves.
Why more journaling, more therapy, more self-reflection have a ceiling. What the research on wellbeing and nature actually says about where movement comes from. And why the answer isn't in your head this time.
Three specific things no podcast, book, or solo adventure can give you. And why this was never something to do alone.
- even though you're capable, self-aware, and have already done the work. It's not a personal failing. There's a specific reason - and naming it is where everything starts to shift.
- why more journaling, more therapy, more self-reflection has a ceiling. What the research on wellbeing and nature actually says about where movement comes from. And why the answer isn't in your head this time.
- three specific things that no podcast, book, or solo adventure can give you. And why together they change everything.
You know what makes you come alive - and you're still not doing it
You feel stuck - but you can't justify it, because nothing is technically wrong
You feel guilty focusing on your own wellbeing when the world needs so much
You have too many things to care about to just pick one
You know a hike, a surf, a day in the mountains would help - and you still can't make it happen

I spent years feeling the pull between what made me come alive and what seemed responsible - wondering if following it was
self-indulgent, or whether it would ever add up to anything.
What I eventually understood is that the tension you feel isn't a problem to solve. It's actually pointing at something. You just need the right conditions to follow it.

You're ready to finally understand why you're not moving - and do something about it
You want to reconnect with what makes you come alive - and start making it a priority
You're looking for a fresh perspective - not another book, another podcast, another solo walk
I know what it feels like to sense that something is calling you - and be terrified of following it anyway.
I grew up in Spain. Studied law and journalism. And then made a choice that made no sense to anyone around me. I had two degrees and I walked away from the legible path to follow something I couldn't fully explain yet.
Teaching English in Australia. Building ski boots in France. Working at a boarding school in Switzerland. Dragging branches for arborists in Germany. Climbing trips with people who felt like home.
No apparent plan. No legible path. Just staying close enough to what made me come alive - and trusting that something was emerging.
It did. Eventually.

And the thing I wish someone had told me back then - when I was scared of taking the step, waiting for clarity that never came from thinking harder - is exactly what this workshop is about.
You don't start your wild path by thinking about it. You start it by creating the conditions for it to emerge.
That's what I've spent the last decade studying, researching, and living. I hold a Masters in Wellbeing Science and Coaching Psychology and I'm currently doing my PhD at the Centre for Sustainability Transitions at Stellenbosch University - researching specifically how nature connectedness and group experience support people through real personal and planetary transitions. Not as a nice idea. As a rigorous methodology.
This isn't just adventure. It isn't just self-inquiry. It's both -grounded in science, built from lived experience, and designed for people who are done waiting for clarity to arrive on its own.
Oh - and it all started with an expedition to Morocco when I was 16. Some things don't need explaining ;)
